Experience Marriott International's Luxury Dining Series at The St. Regis Singapore from 29 to 31 August 2025 — a multi-city experiential dining event across seven properties in Asia Pacific.
Highlights by guest Pastry Chef Angela Lai includes buah keluak scones; coconut macaron with gula melaka and pandan mochi; and yam crémeux with candied gingko nuts on a shallot sable.
In tandem with Marriott International's Luxury Dining Series, this menu is available through August, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily.
