Celebrate Singapore’s 60th anniversary of independence with this local interpretation of afternoon tea with reimagined sweet and savoury flavours in collaboration with Angela Lai, Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2021.
Highlights by guest Pastry Chef Angela Lai includes buah keluak scones; coconut macaron with gula melaka and pandan mochi; and yam crémeux with candied gingko nuts on a shallot sable.
In tandem with Marriott International's Luxury Dining Series, this menu is available through August, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily.
